The Forever Living Global Rally 2017 - Can the biggest also be the best?

Forever Living, the world’s largest grower, manufacturer and distributor of Aloe Vera products, hosts a yearly Global Rally as a reward for the top sales elite of their ten million strong ownership force. With 13,000 Forever Living business owners from over 150 countries in attendance, they needed a city not just capable of housing such a large and diverse group, but one that could provide all the right ingredients for a truly unforgettable experience. With safety, sunshine, culture, global connectivity and some of the best hotels, restaurants and conference facilities in the world, Dubai certainly fit the bill, and the Arabian Adventures Meetings, Incentives and Events team immediately rose to the challenge of delivering one of the largest events ever staged in the beautiful UAE.

 With the popularity of the location seeing the Global Rally  booked out in just 48 hours, arriving guests were met at the airport by experienced, multi-lingual guides and skilled translators, before being whisked away seamlessly to their rooms – with four of the cities top hotels required to house the 3000+ qualifiers – the, JW Marriott Marquis and Al Habtoor City consisting of The Westin, W Hotel and St Regis,. Then the following morning amidst a sea of national flags and traditional dress these elite sellers, along with 10000 non qualifers assembled for the start of a three-day extravaganza at the one-million square foot Dubai World Trade Centre.

As well as workshops, meetings and speeches, this mammoth multi-venue event also saw a series of excursions and luxury VIP dinners held at venues all across the city and beyond - including desert safaris and exclusive use of the Aquaventure Water Park. With more than 3000 guests on the move at any one time, the MIE team worked closely with the police and RTA to guarantee smooth arrivals and departures, whilst the hand-selected drivers for the 100 luxury coaches, and 150 off-road vehicles required to transport them, practiced repeatedly on alternate routes, with contingency plans in place to cover any eventuality.

After three days spent exploring this beautiful city, the rally culminated with the annual Chairman’s Party, held this year at the renowned Jumeirah Beach Arena, which saw the companies logo projected onto the side of the iconic Burj Al Arab, followed by fireworks and a sensational sunset meal of seared tuna, citrus poached seafood, smoked and sticky ribs and a decadent selection of local and international deserts, all served on a warm Dubai evening at one of its most iconic locations.

After a year long labour of love by the Arabian Adventures MIE team, Forever Living’s owners, guests and VIP’s enjoyed a three-day series of unforgettable events and experiences in one of the world’s most beautiful cities.
