Cisco systems, one of the largest and best-known companies in Silicon Valley and pioneers of a substantial portion of the Internet backbone, holds a yearly incentive program for its Champions - the elite, top 10% of their sales force. For the last four years Cisco have trusted Arabian Adventures Meetings Incentives and Events to organise this cornerstone reward, and as we entered our fifth year under the spotlight, they were surely asking could Dubai and the MIE team raise the bar once again?
Indeed we could.
The 450, lucky winners, drawn from all across North America, were met at the airport by friendly, English speaking guides and transferred in a fleet of luxury coaches to the Mina A ‘Salam and Al Qsar Hotels - the very best Dubai has to offer. After a welcome party poolside they were then treated to dinner, jazz and traditional belly dancing at Shimmers, one of the cities finest restaurants, with glorious views of the Burj Al Arab and even it’s own private beach. As if that wasn’t enough they also got their first glimpse of the waterside Khaymat Al Bahar restaurant, converted for the duration of their stay into the exclusive Cisco Lounge, complete with bar, pool tables, air hockey and English speaking staff on hand at all times.
